Game Rules
Niu-Niu is a card game where players face off against the dealer. The objective is to split a five-card hand into a three-card and a two-card hand. The three-card hand must have a value that is a multiple of 10, while the two-card hand should aim for high value.
Face cards (Jacks, Queens, and Kings) hold a value of 10 points, Aces are worth 1 point, and all other cards have their face value. The value of the two-card hand is determined by the rightmost digit of the sum of the cards, for example, a hand with 3 and 4 equals 7. If the sum exceeds 9, it's reduced to a single digit. Achieving a two-card hand with a value that is a multiple of 10 forms the special pattern "NIU-NIU," with the highest possible value being 9 and lowest being 1.
After player division of their cards, comparison rules are enforced to establish the winner. The round concludes with announcing the outcome and paying out winning bets.
Comparison Rules
- The comparison begins with analyzing the card patterns of both player and dealer. In case of a tie, the values of the two-card hands are compared. If no clear winner emerges, it results in a tie, where player bets are refunded.
- Pattern Hierarchy: ULTIMATE NIU-NIU > NIU-NIU > BIG POINT (9 points > 8 points > 7 points) > SMALL POINT (6 points > 5 points > 4 points > 3 points > 2 points > 1 point) > HIGH CARD
✣ ULTIMATE NIU-NIU: All five cards comprise face cards (Jacks, Queens, Kings).
✣ NIU-NIU: The sum of both the three and two-card hands equals multiples of 10.
✣ BIG POINT: The total of three cards is a multiple of 10, with the rightmost digit of the two-card hand over 6.
✣ SMALL POINT: The total of three cards is a multiple of 10, with the rightmost digit of the two-card hand under or equal to 6.
✣ HIGH CARD: Three cards do not aggregate to multiples of 10.

- ULTIMATE NIU-NIU pays out at 5 to 1 odds.

- BIG POINT pays out at 2 to 1 odds.
